Safe Holidays in our Yachts

We inform you that we have implemented the instructions and recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and that we are following the protocols agreed with the ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality) and the CDC.

But our goal is to do more, in addition to ensure strict compliance with these indications, we raised our standards in safety, quality, health and hygiene incorporating new standards and protocols.

All this in order to maintain the excellence and service that characterizes us and that our Yachts are safe environments and our customers feel secure and protected.
Within these measures, we would like to highlight in particular the following: Our crews have received training on the risks and preventive measures to be taken to limit the spread and contagion of covid-19.

We have reinforced the cleaning and disinfection work in each and every one of the spaces of the Yachts.

We will locate disinfectant gel dispensers, so that customers themselves can use them individually. We have innovated our Yachts with the best technology, we have forseen ozone disinfection equipment that allows to purify the enviroment and steam cleaning equipment for the deepening cleaning of the outdoor áreas. We also established a guide to good practices and mandatory requirements for our ground staff and suppliers and ensure that all products delivered on all our Yachts are disinfected in advance.
